Terms of Use

Last updated: 14 October 2026

These terms apply when you use accuratedataannotator.com and the services on it. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. About the service

ADA provides information about our data annotation services, a training and assessment program for annotators, a knowledge library, and calls to contribute to data collection projects. Features may change as the platform develops.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old. The platform has no user accounts; your progress is stored in your browser. You are responsible for giving accurate information, including the email address you use to take tests and request a certificate.

3. Tests, training and certificates

  • Each test may be taken once per person. One certificate is issued per email address.
  • Do your own work. Copying, sharing answers, using automated tools to answer, or trying to bypass the platform's checks can lead to your results or certificate being cancelled.
  • The ADA certificate confirms that you completed ADA's program. It is not a university degree or a government-accredited qualification, and it does not guarantee employment, projects or income.
  • We may verify certificates on request from employers and clients.

4. Fees and payments

If a step of the program has a fee, the price is shown before you pay. Payments are processed by PayPal and are subject to its terms. Please contact us at info@accuratedataannotator.com if you have a payment problem.

5. Data collection projects

Each project has its own page describing what is needed, how submissions are reviewed, how the data will be used and whether any payment applies. When you submit data you confirm that you took or created it yourself, that you have the right to share it, and that it follows the project rules. We may reject submissions that do not meet the rules. Any payment is described on the project page and depends on the submission being approved.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to hack, overload or disrupt it, no automated scraping, no false identities, no uploading of unlawful, harmful or infringing content, and no interfering with ads or payment features.

7. Advertising and third-party links

Some pages may show advertisements and links to other sites. We do not control third-party sites or ads and are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Intellectual property

The ADA name, logo, certificates, guides, tests, training materials and site content belong to ADA or its licensors. You may use the free materials for your own learning, but you may not resell, republish or claim them as your own without our written permission. You keep the rights you have in the data you contribute, and you give us the permissions described on the relevant project page so that we can review and deliver it.

9. Disclaimers and limits of liability

The site and materials are provided "as is". We work hard to keep them accurate and available, but we do not promise that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, ADA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle personal data.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your own country.
